Fluidichem is pleased to announce that a big milestone has been reached in its development! Indeed, our continuous flow optimization robot has been fully operational since this fall, and its initial results look very promising. In combination with the Nelder-Mead algorithm or a Bayesian-type algorithm, the robot has enabled us to carry out nearly fifty reactions in just a couple of days, allowing us to efficiently optimize amide coupling and Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions. The validation of this first optimization phase now paves the way for new projects with strong potential.
